Donald trump has thrown his political weight behind Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a video produced by Israeli political consultant Jonny Daniels, which was aired on the nightly broadcasts on Israel's National TV Tuesday evening
“I’m a big fan of Israel and frankly a strong prime minister is a strong Israel, and you truly have a great prime minister in Benjamin Netanyahu. There’s nobody like him, he’s a winner, he’s highly respected, he’s highly thought of by all,” Trump says. “Vote for Benjamin: terrific guy, terrific leader, great for Israel.”
Speaking by phone from Israel, Daniels told BibiFeed, that he has known Trump for a couple of years, and that he was the one that approached Donald Trump and his chief political consultant, Michael Cohen knowing of his affection and admiration for Netanyahu. “He is a big, big fan of the prime minister, he likes his leadership style and he was willing to do whatever he could do to help,” Daniels said.
The video was paid for and produced by Jonny Daniels, a English-Speaking Political consultant who is a supporter of Netanyahu, and therefore used his political connections to push forward and strengthen the Prime Minister from every possible angel.
The motive, Daniel told BibiFeed, was solely to appeal to the 500,000 Anglo Voters who's vote is courted by Yair Lapid, Bayit Yehudi and the Likud Beitenu. "At a time when Netanyahu is openly criticized by his opponents for damaging the US-Israel relationship, Donald Trump's endorsement, as a major American celebrity figure, sends a strong message that the American People stand with Israel and support Prime minister Netanyahu's leadership in safeguarding Israel's interests," Daniels said.
Daniels says nobody from the Likud Beitenu campaign has contacted him so far, but expects some reaction as the video goes viral.
