Harav Hillel Horowitz, number 13 on the Bayit Yehudi List, told participants at a campaign event over the weekend that the Bayit Yehudi will work to return settler to the former Chomesh settlement in Northern Samaria, which was evacuated along with the Gush Katif communities in the summer of 2006.
"We will do everything possible for the return of Israelis to Homesh in northern Samaria and the communities in Gush Katif," Horowitz was quoted by the news site Kippah. "We will apply Israeli sovereignty over settlements in Judea and Samaria. It's that Simple. We will act with all our might for the Land of Israel, Torath Yisrael and Am Yisrael."
"Obviously, we cant do much, but one of the clearest goals are: the return to Chomesh. Within the boundaries we are equipped with, we will do the most we can to reach that goal," he added.
