Israel Hayom/New Wave Poll: Netanyahu Dominates as Frontrunner in 6-way Premier Race

A New Wave Poll conducted for Israel Hayom weekend newspaper shows Likud Beitenu with 39 projected seats, Labor with 20, Shas - 11, Jewish Home and Yesh Atid with 10 seats respectfully, and Tzipi Livni - The Presumed alternative to Netanyahu from the center-left with 7 projected seats.

Netanyahu also pertains his frontrunner race as most suitable candidate for Prime Minister, even in the event of a hypothetical 6-man race between Netanyahu and the 5 - Yechimovich, Livni, Lapid, Mofaz and Olmert - who see themselves as extremely fitted to steal the crown from King Bibi.

According to the New Wave poll, Netanyahu is seen as most suitable Premier candidate to be Israel's next Prime Minister by 33% of the Israeli public, while Olmert, who is a former Prime Minister, is only viewed as suitable by 13.7 percent. Following Olmert is Shelly Yechimovich, who is starting to like the idea of being a candidate to form the next government, at least the most viable from the center-left camp. Closing the list are Tzipi Livni with  7, Mofaz by 4.5, Yair Lapid and Avigdor Lieberman (who is Netanyahu's new partner) with 3.8 percent .
