America's mayor still undecided on a Presidential run in 2012

In interview this week, to Israel newspaper Yisrael Hayom (called in Israel - The Bibiton), Rudy Giuliani says he's still undecided on running for President in 2012.
"Rudy Giuliani was in a cheerful mood. Just a few hours before our meeting, a new poll, widely reported in online media outlets, indicated that a presidential race pitting the former mayor of New York against the Democratic incumbent, Barack Obama, would deliver an easy victory for the former. Giuliani, who, for the time being, is not even a candidate, garners 49 percent of the vote against Obama’s 42%.
According to the poll, if you want, you could become the next president of the U.S. Are you running?
“A campaign is a bit harder than conducting a poll. Before you run against an incumbent president, you need to win the nomination. It doesn’t make sense to just announce your candidacy. I have to calculate whether I have a reasonable chance to win the election as the Republican nominee. Otherwise, it would be a waste of time. I’ve given this a lot of thought.
So when will you decide? There are already other candidates.
“People are pressing me to make a decision now, but election campaigns are a developing process. I’ll make a decision within a month or two.”
