President Shimon Peres is expected to complete his consultations with party representatives on Thursday night, and come to a decision on whether to charge Foreign Minister and Kadima chair Tzipi Livni or Likud leader Binyamin Netanyahu with the task of forming the next government.
According to sources at Beit Hanassi [President's Residence], Peres will invite Livni and Netanyahu to meet with him in person on Friday.
