Journalist Nir Heffetz will be appointed chief of the Prime Minister's Office's public relations department. Heffetz, 44, of Yedioth Ahronoth will be filling the role of Ron Dermer, who will now be serving as the prime minister's political advisor.
Heffetz will be heading media-related issues and among other things will be in charge of the prime minister's media adviser Yossi Levy.
