Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the beginning of the Likud faction meeting that a joint meeting between the Israeli and German governments will be held in Berlin next week. Netanyahu said that he will raise in the meeting the need for the international community to stop the Iranian arms race.
"The international community must adopt harsh sanctions against Iran now. In the past year, the mask has fallen from the Iranian regime, and this momentum must be capitalized."
"Regarding Iran we should remember the words of Hillel the Elder, 'If not now when?' If we don't exert sanctions now when will it happen?" he asked.
