Netanyahu in a brief message on Knesset TV

In a brief television message aired on the Knesset channel after the FADC session, the prime minister outlined Israel's national priorities:

1)The Iranian nuclear race

2)A draft for a final status agreement, whose key components are that Israel does not wish to rule the Palestinians and must preserve its security interests, and

3)A map of interests for times of peace

He added that "settlement blocs must be preserved, according to the will of a majority of the public."

The prime minister also said that there would be no changes to the budgetary framework, but that any amendments at all to the budget would only be made between the first and second readings.
